Frequently Asked Questions:

1) The program you gave me wasn't an installation file, why's that?
-Because the program was ready to use, as is, without installation.
For smaller programs like this one, an installation program is more 'superficial' than anything else.
To open the program, simply run the file.
To uninstall the program, simply delete it.


2) The program isn't working properly!!!
-While every effort has been made to give you a quality, working product, there is always the 'human error' in programming, and indeed you may have a malfunctioning product.
Please contact us at woolfam@bigpond.com describing your problem, and if indeed there is a legitimate error, that is, if the program is not operating as advertised then:
-we are more than happy to co-ordinate a way to give you an updated, proper version.
-OR we are willing to refund either a) 70% of the purchase price, OR b) the full purchase price minus $3.00, whichever is LESS.
-BUT, we reserve the right to choose which one.
-Please tell us about the error in detail, and provide us the name and details you used when you purchased the product. This will help us verify that you do indeed own a licensed copy of the program, and are subsequently entitled to a working merchendise.


3) I want a refund
-Our refund policy is as follows:
-You are only entitled to a refund within 7 days after purchase, OR, if the product is legitimately not functioning as adverised as explained in question (2).
-If you purchased the product less than 7 days ago, you will need to provide some proof of purchase, such as the details you used when you purhcased the product.
-IF we cannot verify that you purchased the product, we cannot give you a refund.
-To initiate a refund, email woolfam@bigpond.com explaining your concerns.


4) I own a call center and would like to use your product on several terminals. Can I get a discount?
Yes, we are definately interested in bulk-sales. Feel free to contact us to organize an arrangement.
Also, if there is a way that we can enhance the product to better suit your needs, please let us know!


5) What's with all these annoying flashing messages to purchase the full version?
-You obviously have the shareware version. If you purchase the full version, the messages will go away.

6) I have an idea about your product, are you interested?
-Absolutely! We are always interested in constructive criticism and ideas that will potentially make us more money.
We are an aspiring software development team looking for work and ways to make money.


7) Is your product available in other languages?
-At the moment, no. However we are always interested in expanding our market. If you are have some information about which languages the product should be available in, please let us know: woolfam@bigpond.com
